  • Act as the primary point of communication for industry representatives. Write grant applications and coordinate sponsorship logistics leading up to the event.

  • Build an online faculty portal for attending faculty to learn more about their role in the program, upload presentation slides, and organize disclosure documents.

  • Build a website to act as a hub for the conference and update information in real time. All information will synch to conference-specific app.

  • Generate social media creatives and content calendar to execute social campaigns, raising awareness for the event.

  • Generate email blasts and send out to targeted audience to market conference.

  • Work with venue staff to plan catering, lodging, transportation, and AV during the event.

  • Generate registration module, monitor registrants, print badges on-site.

  • Order and distribute conference swag such as lanyards, power banks, and tote bags.

  • Curate and send survey out to attendees and industry partners to compile helpful feedback for future years.

  • Edit presentation recordings and upload to website along with corresponding slide decks.

  • On-site event photography and professional editing.
